Faculty Academy Publications & Presentations

The Faculty Academy has become both a knowledge community (Craig, 1995, 2007) and an invisible college. It is a safe and trusted space in which members share their experiences, present dilemmas, and receive meaningful feedback from critical friends. It is also a place in which members are free to share ideas, explore issues in education, and engage in research. Members alternate taking the lead in projects, based on their interests and university obligations; evidencing Craig’s shared leadership approach. Cheryl Craig’s leadership and mentorship of the Faculty Academy is key to the group’s longevity.
